Uncomfortable stay

The hotel and room was nicely decorated and the staff were very friendly. However, the room was quite uncomfortable and unclean. The bed was a very thin mattress pad and uncomfortable and unsupportive. The bathroom was not very clean, and the sheets on my bed were not clean and covered in hairs. I switched rooms when I realised how dirty the sheets were, and the second room had clean sheets but the bathroom was still not very clean. I was meant to stay 4 nights but I left after 1. It would be okay as a budget hotel but the price is much more expensive than the comfort and experience that it provides.
