Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We regret to hear that your stay did not live up to the comfortable and enjoyable experience we strive to provide. It is concerning to learn that the space in the room was not sufficient for your needs. We understand that having ample space is important, especially when traveling with more companions. In regards to the comfort of the sofa bed, we apologize for any discomfort experienced. Our aim is to ensure that every guest has a restful night's sleep, and it saddens us to know this was not the case for you. We appreciate your observation regarding the bathroom's condition, and we recognize the importance of maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness. Furthermore, we acknowledge that noise disturbances can greatly affect the quality of one's stay. We offer rooms on higher floors and towards the backside of the wing D for guests who prefer a quieter environment and provide earplugs upon request for added comfort. We also note your feedback on the breakfast offerings. Our guests usually enjoy a variety of options at our buffet, including an express take-away service for early risers. We sincerely apologize that your overall experience was not reflective of the high standards we set for ourselves.
