Nous sommes désolés d\'apprendre que votre expérience avec notre connexion Wi-Fi n\'a pas été satisfaisante, notre réseau via la fibre, est en principe très efficient & notre fournisseur ne nous a pas signalé de dysfonctionnement. Par ailleurs, il n\'y a pas le prix de la connexion car elle est absolument gratuite (...) Nous ne comprenons pas du tout les raisons pour lesquelles vous avez rencontré des problèmes de connexion qui ont de toute évidence ont nuit à votre expérience.
