En qualité de client régulier des établissements Accord, je vous confirme le fort mécontentement de mon séjour au Novotel de « Beaumanoir Les 3 Sausets ». Je n’ai pas pour habitude de me plaindre sur la qualité des établissements Novotel et je suis plutôt un client promoteur, y compris au sein de ma société. (un séjour du Dimanche 27 nov au jeudi 31 nov). Un établissement qui n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur du standing de la gamme Novotel. Une absence de transparence, un manque de communication, l’absence d’empathie et l’absence d’accompagnement du client du début à la fin de notre séjour. C’est cette raison qui m’amène à écrire. Le résumé de 4 jours en famille avec mes deux enfants dans un hôtel en complète rénovation ou les travaux sont rois ! sans information, au préalable et sans accompagnement du client lors de ma réservation par téléphone. Le 1er soir, quelle surprise de constater que la chambre était pleine de taches, du sol au mur avec une salle de bain aux limites de la propreté (moisissure à tous les angles). Toutes les chambres sont comme cela au 1er étage. Le 2eme soir, après notre plainte, nous avons changé de chambre pour nous retrouver séparer dans deux chambres distinctes (chambres dites exécutive, chambre 222 & 224). Bien plus propre et plus acceptable mais malheureusement séparés les uns des autres. Malheureusement, tous les matins, nous avons tous été réveillés par les bruits des perceuses dès 8h30 du matin et autres travaux bruits réalisés sur l’étage du dessus, le 3eme étage. Je vous laisse imaginer la gestion des enfants. A la fin de notre séjour, nous avons demandé un geste commercial qui n’a pas été entendu ! Dans un premier temps, il nous a été proposé le non-paiement de la 2eme chambre. Une plaisanterie alors que nous avions réservé à la base une chambre pour 4, la fameuse chambre 130. Fort mécontent, nous avons été entendu après une deuxième plainte par un geste commercial d’une valeur d’une nuit sur la valeur totale des 4 jours. Nous sommes extremement décu vs le Cette expérience n’est pas acceptable avec des enfants ! Nous avions portant réservé par téléphone et personne ne nous a informé des problèmes de travaux. Nous sommes allés de découverte en découverte du début à la fin, sans accompagnement client. Ce n’est pas l’idée que nous avons de votre chaine et de ses établissements.

Rooms The only thing that let the room down was I don't think it was vacuumed throughout the stay. Wear and tear can't be helped. Everything else was good. Safety In a quiet area which felt very safe. Walkability 10 mins walk to shops, local pizza place. About a 35 mins easy walk into Aix en Provence, very safe. Food and drinks Breakfast was excellent, plenty to choose from and the coffee machine was the best. The pre-ordered meals for the group were very basic. Hotel highlights Quiet, great value, staff were very nice.

Nous avons aucun bruit durant la nuit malgré la proximité avec l’autoroute, cette dernière favorisant d’ailleurs l’accès. Accueil irréprochable malgré notre arrivée tardive. Chambre propre, suffisamment grande, lit confortable. Le seul bémol est la douche, avec un pommeau fuyant, un faible débit et une température changeant toute seule. Le petit déjeuner était complet et très bon avec un grand choix de produits aussi bien salé que sucré. Je vous recommande donc cette hôtel, que ce soit pour un arrêt lors d’un long trajet ou pour y passer plusieurs jours

Very Poor Hotel in a Remote Location

Booked in by a tour company for a week and the reviews say it all. It was the dirtiest and most poorly maintained bedroom I have ever stayed in including filthy carpets and holes in the curtains. Whilst a fridge and kettle are provided which are very welcome this so called 4 star hotel only provides paper cups in both the bathroom and bedroom. When 1 of our party asked if they could have a glass they were told no they are only for the business guests!!! The breakfast spread is excellent but the other food is very poor with no choice whatsoever for tour groups. Bedding and towels are good. The bus service into Aix is excellent just as well as its a 30 minute uphill walk into town. Very very disappointing.
