It is always rewarding to know when our guests take note of the efforts we make to ensure a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. However, we regret to hear of the challenges you encountered regarding the noise levels and parking. Our hotel is indeed situated in the vibrant heart of Ghent, and while this allows for easy access to local attractions, it can sometimes lead to external noise. We understand this can be disruptive and we provide double-glazed windows and earplugs upon request for a more restful experience. Regarding parking, it is indeed limited and requires prior reservation due to our central location. We recognize the need to communicate this more clearly during the booking process and will work on improving visibility for this option.
