Please note that our reception is available 24/7, and we are always happy to provide items such as an iron upon request, along with any other assistance our guests may need during their stay. Regarding the air conditioning, our hotel operates with a centrally controlled heating and cooling system. Guests can adjust the temperature within a specific range, and we are always available to provide alternative solutions when needed.
