Poorly maintained, grubby, mould in bathroom when even when pointed out to cleaning staff was not removed, furniture old, tired, uncomfortable and worn out, apartment smaller than appears on websites. Only thing a positive is the location. Overpriced and trading on Mantra name - management very unhelpful - really didn't care - we moved elsewhere after only a quarter of our intended stay.

Gym was rusty with broken equipment, None of my Accor benefits applied. Room was nice and comfortable. No restaurant downstairs so couldnt use my meal discount. Location was good

Dear Brendan, Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the gym's condition; I've transmitted your comments to our Management. In regard to your Accor Plus benefits, we have given a complimentary upgrade from the room type booked, to a 1 Bedroom Apartment, but our apologies if this wasn't mentioned to you on arrival. Unfortunately, we do not have any Restaurant or Bar onsite, so your discounts with Accor Plus can't be used at Mantra Esplanade Cairns. For a future visit, there are some other Accor properties nearby, where the discounts can be used: Pullman Reef Hotel Casino, Pullman International and Novotel Cairns. We're glad you found the room comfortable and liked the location. We appreciate your insights and it's my hope that you can consider us for a future visit to Cairns.
