Cockroaches, broken light switches and lack of communication from staff

Comfortable beds. A bath in the room is a plus. However, unfortunately, there were cockroaches in the room. In addition, a small sauna and spa area in general. Non-working light switches, dark room. If we abstract from the cockroaches and light switches, the room was generally quite comfortable and pleasant to look at. But the disadvantages significantly affected the overall experience. There was also a lack of communication from the staff about recreational/meal options at the hotel.
