Charming Elegance at Hotel de la Coupole

My mom and I had an awesome stay at Hotel de la Coupole - MGallery in Sapa. We loved the hotel's charm and ambiance. The Parisian fashion style, with a touch of Sapa's ethnic elements, was magnificent. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. From the moment we stepped into the lobby and were greeted with welcome drinks and towels to freshen up after our long trip from Hanoi, the experience was thoroughly satisfying. The breakfast buffet was abundant with a wide variety of choices. Due to the cold weather, the hot foods cooled down quickly. While understandable, I would suggest adding some heating elements around the dining area to create a warmer and cozier dining atmosphere. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we would definitely return in the future.

Fortunately we were granted early checkin from the hotel management when we arrived at about 6.30am. Our checkin procedure was smooth and we whisked off to our room to catch up with our lost sleep. At about 9am, we went to Chic for our breakfasts. We were greeted by the humble GM Peter and had a very good chat. Ms. Christine, the Guest Experience Manager is assigned to take care of us and assured our three nights stay to be memorable. We met upon the very same day and received good briefing from her with regards to the hotel and those attractions in Sapa. Her briefing is very clear and without prejudice especially on our intended mode of transport going back to Hanoi. We had a total of three dinning in Chic and love every moment of it. We also spent one dinner in town and was accompanied by Ms. Christine after accepting our request to be a part of the dinning guest. As for the hotel interior, we love and appreciate the relics of the past. This is what M. Gallery is all about. If we do book to stay with M. Gallery, this should be our expectationfs unlike some guests taught all hotels should be decorated with modern Artifacts. Glad that we were upgraded to a very remarkable Suite Room. No doubt there are plenty of twist and turn corners, it makes our stay more dimensional. Very good views of the mountains too. Hope that we can be issued with the same room on our next stay with them. Good staff like Ms Loan and her team during dinner and Ms. Grace in their front office Our darling Ms. Christine played a main part of our stay. It makes our stay so brief even though it was a three nights stay. Our remarkable professional and experienced GM Peter told Ms. Christine to pay more attention to our transport back to Hanoi. There are some accident prone and unscrupulous bus services should be avoided for his thought is if guests who have bad trip going downhill, will sum up the conclusion of Bad Visits of which the hotel will be drawn into the same pot.
