Good, but no coffee or tea amenities in the room, which meant we needed to order coffee via the room service. I was surprised to be charged $10 for the delivery of the coffee as I have stayed at many 5 star hotels in Auckland and never had this charge added. I informed staff that we didn't have the coffee and tea as advertised they apologized but it would have been a nice gesture to have taken the delivery fee off the coffee considering our room was lacking the above basic amenities.

Central location, disappointing club lounge.

Very well appointed room with exceptional service by the team. Can still hear traffic noises despite located on level 7. Club lounge is disappointing however. Unlike most hotels where the lounge is open most parts of the day, this lounge only opens between hours of 12 to 7pm. So really have no opportunity to lounge/work etc.
