We are delighted that you appreciated the hotel's close proximity to the airport and train station, as well as the convenience of elevator access from the train platform. It's always a pleasure to know that our efforts to ensure ease of access are recognized. We are sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it can be when a room is not prepared as requested, especially after a late arrival. Moreover, we acknowledge that the quality of our breakfast is of utmost importance, and we regret that it did not live up to your expectations. Finally, we apologize for the oversight with the shower gel in your room. Our goal is to provide a seamless and comfortable experience, and we clearly fell short in these areas.
