Had an excellent stay, only issue was we were there during Bali silent day and the evening meal was a buffet in the ball room and it was well below standard for a westerner. The hotel didn’t cater for westerners that evening as the hotel was pretty much book out over that night with locals getting away from Bali being completely locked down. In saying that I would definitely stay again just not over that night. Staff were excellent and couldn’t have been more helpful. Will return soon will family next time

From the moment we arrived it was amazing, the welcome drink is delicious check in quick and easy we were taken to our room which was the Premium Deluxe room extremely spacious and comfortable. When we got to our room we were greeted by a welcome home sign on the mirror fresh fruit and juice. All the beautiful people who work at the Pullman are so amazing nothing is too much trouble and I love our stays at the Pullman it's like our second home. The infinity pool is lovely great view of the beach and plenty of beds and umbrellas. The restaurant is very nice we had lunch and dinner. Italian night was yummy lots to choose from and very satisfied. We love the crispy chicken burger for lunch its very filling and really good. The spa is well worth a visit we had an hour massage and it was so relaxing and calm and my husband fell asleep. I would like to mention the staff that look after us and we thank them for such kind and caring service they are great people and we love seeing everyone when we visit. Haity, Ayu, Seni, Wila, Yulina, Anggi , Mang, Fendi , Anita, Ayu, Dedek, Lina,Bella, Dewi, Yanik, Fito , Eka. I would like to thank Yasmika and Ardiana for keeping our room extremely clean and for my towel animals and little boy and my welcome notes thankyou so much. I would also like to say a big thankyou to Dodi, Ari, Yudhi and Ravi for making us feel so welcome. To Arya, Astiti and Citra we think you are amazing we love you and thankyou ❤️ for our amazing room, the way you look after us we appreciate everything you do. All the staff are just amazing and make our stay truly memorable ❤️.

Don’t hesitate to stay here. As a Travel business owner and Travel Advisor since 1999 I have seen quite a lot. There is an honest and deep regard the staff hold for their guests here. I would like to mention the team: Ayito, Yanik, Anita, Tiwi - all the reception crew. This is no easy job yet they manage this with grace and patience. A big thank you to Gus Mang who helped with bags , never forget your bell boy because they are the knowledge of “how things work”. Pullman Bali Legion, you have a gem here On the pragmatic side: check in was smooth even late at night Thank you Yanik The gardens, location and heart warming welcome from everyone turns this 5 star property into a warm and unpretentious stay Rooms: Clean, well appointed, good A:C. Our stay during Nyepi was truly wonderful! The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, making our experience even more comfortable. A heartfelt thank you to Yasmika from Housekeeping for the thoughtful special note and beautiful room decoration—it was such a lovely touch. A special mention to Andinni, who took great care of us throughout our stay and ensured every moment was memorable. Also Yanik from Welcomer team. Breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of Asian, Western, and Indian dishes. The team was incredibly engaging, always making sure we were well accommodated. Huge thanks to Haity, Seni, Bella, Wila, Cahya, and FB Manager Ari Mahendra for their warm hospitality. The hotel itself is impressively large, and we loved the serene ambiance of the Alun Alun area.
