Long weekend break in adjoining rooms (labelled as Junior Suite). Food and rooms good. Noisy.

Beds are excellent Towels are too thin $5 charge for room service delivery is too high Prostitutes nearby should come with a warning to guests Showers are too small Overall I would stay again. Staff and prices were good

Great location, friendly staff, good room size

Stayed for almost a week, the staff are friendly, the location and room size are perfect. The breakfast was a 3-stats hotel, not 4-starts, had to pay fortune for a fried egger omelette. Some of the items like salads or hot vegetables were not fresh and definitely left over from the day before. Lack of basic hygiene routines when it came tot he house keeping. Their gloves were basically to protect themselves and they were using the same gloves to hold, empty the bins, toilets bags, used towels, floor mats and to put down/replace the freshly washed clean towels and tissues and touching all the door handles..etc.

The room was very warm and hard to keep cool enough to be comfortable and the windows wouldn't open.

Friendly staff, clean and good price

On arrival after midnight, there were three staff members were there. The person who helped me to our room was very friendly. He can speak 4 languages fluently and can speak my native language very well( korean). Because our train was cancelled and we need to change multiple times to be in Geneva train stairs, i didnt want to travel far and get to the hotel. It was very easy to find the hotel and the walk wasn't too long. Best part is the hotel is two block away from the famous Geneva lake and the sky reaching fountain. We bought the day pass because we visited CERN, but other than visiting CERN, we didn't needed any transportation. We could walk to hotel from the old town area, lake and chocolatw stores. Also I left our ski jackets in the room and they located right away. The process of asking, sending the lost items was very easy. They responded right away.
