Everything was cool, just parking is too expensive and do not have alternative.

Staff Ms. Alice is very friendly and attentive. Hotel is located near main train station. The room is clean except that we booked room for 3 pax. There is missing 1 bed being catered and not upgraded and prepared accordingly. We hope the next stay we will get good room and quality service which Novetel kept as a premium hotel.

Hotel felt busy on arrival but in a nice friendly Friday night kinda way. Reception staff are excellent, as are bar staff, friendly, helpful and polite. Gym and pool were great additions, rooms clean and modern. Five minutes from nearest train station, one minute from nearest tram stop. Area felt safe. Would stay again.

Very unfriendly the Guy of the reception that nigth, I was with my lover another man, and the Guy was looping us like with the classical judgemental look, it was not really attentive and fid not even told us welcome or enjoy your staying. The room was nice.
