We stayed in this hotel on numerous occasions pre-covid. It is still as good as before. Reserved with breakfast deals, and it was worth the money. Good buffet selections with daily changes. Many eateries within walking distance or a tram ride away. We loved the dry seafood and Chinese herbal shops. Spoilt for choice. The bonus found for us is the airport bus services A11. There is a bus stop located less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel underneath the highway bridge. Very convenient for future visits.

Mr.Alan, a young receptionist at Ibis HongKong Central Hotel who speaks Japanese very well helped and gave me a great suggestion. Thank him for his very kind service🍀💓🙏 滞在中のイビスホテルの受付係のアランさん、日本語で私に話しかけてくれました♪ 他の係の方から、対岸側からしか観光船は出ませんよ！一周して又対岸に戻るので対岸からフェリーを利用して戻ってください、と言うのが納得できなくて、何度か同じ質問を繰り返してました😅 そこへ、日本人の方ですか？と流暢な日本語で声を掛けてくれたのがアランさん🍀🥰 それから彼はサイトで色々調べて下さり香港島からも船に乗船出来ることや他諸々のこともかなりの時間をかけて、申込までこぎ着けました♪ HK$で支払いしたくてもカード決済！のみ❗️ そこで彼からの提案、彼が自分のカードで支払って、私が彼に現金払いをする👍🍀そんなことまでしてくれました☺️ アランさん本当にありがとう🙏🍀 素敵な思い出が一つ増えました🥰 香港へ行くなら是非香港島のIbis HongKong Central Hotel をお勧めします👍　そしてアランさんを指名してくださいね♪🍀

I had a great experience at ibis HK Central & Sheung Wan last year so I decided to stay with them again. Very pleasant surprise to receive warm welcome back from Jennifer, Chris, Tony and Clement, they even gave me the same room with the unbeatable harbour view! Housekeeper at Level 27 is very friendly and attentive as last time. Hotel room is comfortable and perfectly functional. Breakfast buffet has further improved with 20+ hot dishes and a wide variety of food to choose, the staff are nice and friendly. I recognised a lot of familiar faces at front desk and cafe that I met last year, I think a good working environment plays a crucial role for good service and commitment. Besides great service, the hotel is at handy location, tram and bus stops are just opposite the road and MTR station is within walking distance. I had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay, thank you for letting me feel like ‘going home’.

Great and fast check in. Friendly staff Marco serving. The luxurious amenities, exemplary services, and prime location are what grabbed our attention to the hotel. We loved everything!; I highly recommend ibis Hong Kong sheung wan for its cozy rooms!

We reach earlier morning, and fortunately we could check-in early, thanks hotel reception staff Marco such a friendly warm welcoming , good location , adjacency to lots of nice restaurants especially the famous dim sum restaurant “六安居”, clean environment
