Service was outstanding. Xavier Ng and Paul Chan, the concierge supervisor, were able to check us in even though we arrived a few hours early. We were celebrating my mother’s 85th BD and they listened to our special needs. Paul gave us excellent recommendations. Housekeeping was great and thoughtful. The hotel is in need of a renovation but in a convenient location, both local and tourist friendly. The shower leaked.

We had a great stay here at Novotel Century and particular mention to concierge Paul Chan who was very helpful and a lot of fun. The Hotel was very well situated in Wan Chai and easy access to all transport options. We highly recommend this hotel, we stayed for 5 days.

Well located property, between WanChai and C’Bay. Easy access to WanChai MTR. The hotel offers a gym and a pool, which many hotels don’t and on top, they have maintained an executive lounge. Erika, Tiffany and Rachel took great care of us. I would like to thanks them. On top of being well located, the property is quiet and we sleep very well in the bed.

Most of the staff are friendly and willing to help. Beds are comfortable and rooms are of good size. Rooms are quiet so it's easy to sleep through the night. Easy walk to all transport. Breakfast is good with a nice assortment to choose from. Restaurant staff are mostly friendly although two for the older men could do a little better on customer service. If I am in HK again, I would have no issue staying here again.

Just the perfect stay! I'm not used writing reviews but I wanted to share my great experience at Novotel Century Hong Kong. I had the opportunity to stay there for 5 nights during a business trip and everything was irreproachable, from start to finish. The hotel is perfectly located... It couldn't be better! Very new and excellently maintained, the breakfast, the buffet and the bar are of very good quality. The furniture is contemporary and the atmosphere hushed, perfect after a long frensy Hong Kong worday. Even rooms are a little small, they're very well equipped and very quiet. It's simple...you feel like at home ! But what makes this establishment a special place is the human aspect! Rarely have I had the opportunity to work with such welcoming, helpful, discreet and professional teams who do their best (and even more !) to make you feel comfortable and satisfied. A special mention to the lounge teams, to the wonderful Tiffany, Erika, Miko, Rachel and Kin for their kindness and their keen sense of welcome. Thank you all of you for making this trip a memorable stay! I'll be back very soon! Looking forward to stay again at my second home and its warm hosts.
