I recommend the Sofitel London St James without hesitation. I had 3 business guests stay there. They could not be happier having stayed there. We used the business facilities which were impeccable. Service across the whole hotel was exceptional. Beautiful building and great location. 10/10!! Thank you!

We stayed six nights, for a mixture of business and leisure, in this absolutely fabulous hotel, which is walking distance from many of the main sights. Everything was perfect from start to finish, and every member of the staff we encountered was wonderful. Dinner in Wild Honey at St James, their Michelin starred restaurant, was awesome! Special mention must be given to Augustina, who checked us in with great friendliness and politeness, for her special attention to detail and for making us feel so welcome and special - thank you! We definitely plan to stay here again!

Superior and superb in all facets. We enjoyed a delightful stay in a well appointed room with all necessary requirements met brilliantly. All of the staff, at all , levels were efficient,helpful ,polite and most welcoming. The newly configured restaurant was a great improvement and enhanced the stay. We have stayed on previous occaisions but the new set up and the new menu from the superb new chef made the visit this time even more enjoyable.

Stayed 4 nights, and obviously it is beautiful and in an incredible location, but the thing that really stood out to us were the people, Violetta, Georgina (I think that was her name--tea room), both Tatianas, the servers in the bar and bistro, the incredible spa staff, the amazing housekeeping staff and supervisor on floor 3, and more made our stay so special, and made us feel so at home (if we lived in the most luxurious mansion). Thank you to everyone for a wonderful stay!

Amazing stay at beautiful Sofitel at Waterloo Place. The location is so convenient. Steps from St James Park, Piccadilly, Art Museum, Buckingham Palace and right around the corner from Phantom of the Opera West End. Comfortable room, feathered bed, water, snacks included. Splurge for the hotel breakfast, great way to start the day. Most of all, service from door, to front desk, concierge, wait staff and housekeeping all superb.
