At the same time, we sincerely regret the inconveniences you faced. Regarding the ironing facility, we have checked the iron, and it is functioning correctly. The cooling process may take slightly longer than three minutes, which is normal. Regarding the phone, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we will review this item. We hope your shirt did not get wet, especially since we have a hanger rack positioned away from the floor. As for the feedback regarding the conditions of your rooms, we sincerely appreciate your feedback. Cleanliness and guest comfort are our priorities, and we have already shared your observations with our housekeeping and maintenance managers to ensure these matters are addressed. Your loyalty as an ALL Gold member is extremely important to us, and we regret that some aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the comfort of your room, the privileged view, and our facilities. However, we sincerely apologize for the points that did not meet your quality standards, especially regarding the check-in experience. This is not the standard of service we strive for at Pullman, and we have already forwarded your feedback to our Front Office Manager to reinforce the importance of a swift and efficient welcome for all our guests. Regarding the ongoing improvements in our facilities, we understand that any impact on the guest experience is undesirable, and we truly regret any inconvenience caused. We are constantly working to enhance our infrastructure to provide the best possible comfort. As for the solid amenities, they are part of the sustainable concept of the Premium Executive Clean Beauty category. We have implemented high-quality solid products, developed by a Brazilian company specialized in upcycling. These amenities are personalized and made from coffee oil extracted from the coffee grounds of our Plant-based Café - Yucafé, aligning with our commitment to sustainability. We have also forwarded your observations to our Housekeeping and Maintenance Managers so they can assess and implement the necessary improvements in our services and infrastructure.
