Very nice location but the incompetence of the staff could only be suitable for a two-star hotel.

At the same time we have read with detailed attention your comment about the behaviour of one of our employees in the restaurant. Generally, we get a lot of positive feedback for the friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism of our whole team. Rest assured that the situation you are describing absolutely do not correspond to our philosophy. We will discuss the issues internally and incorporate them into our regular in-departmental trainings so that similar situations will not reoccur in the future. We really want to apologize for any inconvenience caused. We deeply regret that you have decided to no longer consider our hotel on your future visits to Freiburg. Futhermore, we thank you for your comment about the renovation needs of our hotel. You are right - the Panorama Hotel Mercure Freiburg was built in the early 70's in its elongated way. Over the years, several modernization and renovation measures have been implemented. Further measure are being planned. We are looking forward to welcome you again during your next visit of Freiburg!
