Very pleasant stay, quiet and clean hotel, pleasant staff, great location. Food at the restaurant was delicious, but we only had dinner and wine. A comment for people with less mobility: the bathtub was very deep in our room. Therefore if you have difficulty climbing, you might not be able to shower and/or take a bath.

Conference hotel, did not have to move anywhere. Hotel standard as expected, food (incl breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks) very good.

We've spent one week in Mercure Hotel, in rooms with see view on 10th floor. Service was always in very goog level, especially in cleaning rooms. Swiming pool is really great option, and bathrobes You have in room without additional fees. Breakfests was very tasty, dinners in hotel's restaurant, too. It was great time.

I get a call from their staff and they make me aware that I have to book further at the hotel. I answer in the affirmative and the staff member will arrange this. In the evening when I was going up to my room, I got stuck in the elevator because the key card didn't work. I had to wait until another guest was going to use the elevator. Their staff had not extended their stay at the hotel. Their staff at the reception seem very serious, unfriendly and I feel like a parasite in the hotel.

Very good location of the hotel, good breakfast, good staf. The only problem is swiming pool (it was the main reason for me to shoose this hotel). I was working and planned to visit sweeming pool after work, but it was always overfull, because of the extrnal people and schools. Sometimes it was by 3-5 person per line!
