While we ensure that every room is equipped with individual air conditioning controls to maintain a comfortable temperature, we regret to hear that the heat impacted your comfort. We are thrilled to hear that the design of our apartments, catering to the needs of compact city living, met your expectations and that the amenities such as the fold-up bed, extending table, and the ability to screen off the kitchen contributed positively to your experience. However, we regret that the conduct of other guests regarding the disposal of rubbish impacted your impression of our establishment. Our team strives to maintain high cleanliness standards, and we are currently reinforcing the importance of using the designated rubbish bins correctly. It is also concerning to learn that there was a communication oversight regarding the location of bins and the availability of a hoover. We will ensure our weekend staff provides comprehensive information to our guests to prevent any future inconvenience. Nevertheless, we are delighted that you enjoyed the comfortable bedding, the convenient location with its proximity to transportation and safe neighborhood, as well as the array of local amenities including supermarkets, restaurants, and the fabulous gin bar.
