First of all I would like to thank chef Shamshad who is a very helpful person and we really liked the food he made for today's dinner. It is a good hotel Ibis Seef and the location is also very good. There is a shopping center in front. The city center is also in front and there is a very big supermarket Lulu in front of the hotel. Thanks so much

Grotty. The room was dated, and didn’t feel clean. There was also a terrible smell of ammonia which we couldn’t work out was coming from the room or the A/C. We chose not to stay here and booked somewhere else. When we checked out an hour after arriving, the reception staff didn’t even ask why. Disappointing.

I stay in the hotel for 9 days on a business trip. I want to thank the team specially Ms. ANN from the reception team for the warm welcome and assistance she provided me in my long stay. She assist me in my amenities requirements and providing me updates on the Ramadan iftar at the all day dinning. Very easy to talk with and energetic. I also want to thank housekeeping team for making my room the best arrangement and cleanliness they do in daily basis.. Keep up the good work.
