I’m truly sorry that the cleanliness of your room did not meet expectations and that you had to request fresh towels—this should have been taken care of without you needing to ask. I understand how disappointing it must have been to arrive and find the room not up to standard, as well as breakfast not meeting your expectations. We are also addressing the quality of the in-room items, such as the cups, to ensure that they enhance rather than detract from your experience. Additionally, I apologize for any inconvenience caused by being placed in a different building. I understand that it would have been helpful to have had more transparency about this arrangement during the booking process. We’re currently working to improve how we communicate this to future guests so that there are no surprises upon arrival.
