Dear Prabs, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear that your recent stay did not meet expectations, and I appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Cleanliness and comfort are absolutely fundamental to the guest experience, and I’m disappointed to learn that we fell short in both areas during your visit. Your comments regarding odours and carpet condition on the second floor are being taken seriously and have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for immediate review and corrective action. Regarding the bathroom layout, I understand your concerns. While this design is a feature of the Novotel brand’s older room format, hygiene and practicality should never be compromised, and we will certainly take your feedback into consideration as we continue to look at improvements. I’m pleased to hear that our team were courteous and that aspects such as the bar and breakfast service were at least satisfactory. Nonetheless, it’s clear that your overall experience did not reflect the standards we strive to uphold.
