We stayed only for one night as a family and overall experience was perfect for each of us. Whole team were super kind and caring. Rooms were clean and spacious, beds were comfy, breakfast was perfect! Also the location of the hotel makes everything just better. Special thanks to Mr. Tufan as he helped with pretty much anything we needed throughout our stay, and for his kind approach to us.

Отель нравиться . Второй раз останавливаемся . Если брать двухкомнатный номер . Очень приятный персонал . Хорошие завтраки . Чистая уборка номеров . Притензия к химчистки . Джинсы почистили и стали как минимум на размер меньше . Дорогие джинсы . Больше не одеть .

Every hotel has its best points. Here at Sofitel Le Scribe Opera the staff are a gold mine. Friendliest staff and most helpful I have ever come across. Second to none in their attention to all our needs from breakfast staff to general staff to concierge and reception. Exceptional is the only word to describe this hotel.

If it was possible to give this property 10 stars I would. The Sofitel Le Scribe is absolutely gorgeous and the location is perfection. My family and I felt warmly welcomed and right at home from the moment we arrived. The Guest Services Manager Valentina greeted us upon arrival, explained the benefits associated with our booking, and escorted us to our upgraded room (the Opera Suite!). The room was truly magnificent and featured thoughtful and adorable welcome amenities the us and the kids, courtesy of Reservations Agent Elisa who coordinated our visit with our travel agent. Christophe and his team at breakfast were top notch, especially the lovely server who packed a box of extra donuts for our kids each day. We also enjoyed our welcome drinks (courtesy of my Accor status) in Rivages with live music one evening where the service and food was once again lovely. We will absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Paris! Thanks to the Le Scribe team for the best stay.
