Dear Guest, Thanks for your review about our hotel. We are delighted that you appreciated the impeccable cleanliness of our facilities, from the reception and bar to the rooms and corridors, and found our staff to be very friendly. It is also great to hear that you enjoyed the comfort of our generously sized beds, as well as the well-maintained condition of our bathrooms. However, we regret to hear that the noise from the nearby train tracks affected the tranquility of your stay. While our windows are double-glazed and we do provide earplugs to mitigate any external noise, we understand that this may not always meet the expectations of peace and quiet for all our guests. Moreover, when seeking a quieter experience, we recommend our top floor rooms facing the river, which are generally quieter and offer a serene view. Finally, we are pleased that the strategic location of our hotel, just a short walk from the heart of Amsterdam, added value to your stay. Our central position is ideal for guests looking to explore the city and enjoy the proximity to various attractions and public transport options. We are hoping to welcome you back in the future. Beste gast, Bedankt voor uw mooie beoordeling. Het is geweldig te horen dat uw verblijf bij ibis Amsterdam Centre naar wens was. We zijn verheugd dat u de hulp van ons personeel, de kwaliteit van uw kamer en onze gunstige ligging naast het station als positief heeft ervaren. Onze receptie is inderdaad 24 uur per dag geopend om onze gasten op elk moment van dienst te kunnen zijn. Het doet ons goed te horen dat deze aspecten hebben bijgedragen aan een fantastisch verblijf.
