While we offer a variety of room categories, our central location means we are surrounded by neighbouring buildings. Our premium luxury rooms and suites do offer views over the charming St James’s neighbourhood, and as a valued ALL member, we always do our utmost to prioritise room upgrades whenever possible. I regret that on this occasion, we were unable to extend an upgrade to you, and I am truly sorry for any frustration or inconvenience this may have caused. It is especially concerning to hear that you were disturbed during your stay, as we take great pride in providing a peaceful and relaxing environment for our guests. I trust the alternative room offered you a more restful experience, and please be assured that we have noted your preferences accordingly for any future visits.
