We are pleased that you were satisfied with the check-in, the team and the value for money and that the welcome drink met your expectations. We apologize for the misunderstanding with the cleaning staff and that twice during your stay the room was entered even though you had not yet checked out. First of all, we are happy that you liked the room and that you were satisfied with the proximity to the airport and the Wi-Fi connection. However, we are sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations, especially in terms of breakfast and dinner.
