IBIS Fes, A terrible place. Would not recommend this to anyone. Room allocated to us was dirty. Cigarette butts all over. Even though the second room allocated was dirty. Sheets I believe had not been changed. I had to spend around an hour at the reception since they had challenges with their system. Overall, one horrible place and one could do much better by finding other hotels to stay in.

Shower not working, broken shower head, smells of damp in room, A/c not working, bedsheets and towels were more like yellow instead of white, very very old and dirty rooms. Staff very unhelpful, came from a meeting around 1am to sounds that made it feel like I was in a brothel not hotel, would never ever book again and recommend this hotel be removed from the Accor group as does not warrant it to be associated with Accor. I have stayed in plenty of Ibis hotels and this particular hotel is not fit for purpose. Ended up checking out and moving to another hotel

Great Location and Cleanliness, but Misleading Pool Information Disappointed Us

The location is perfect, right next to the train station, making it very convenient. The hotel is also very clean, which we really appreciated. However, we were disappointed with the pool situation. Before booking, we were assured that the pool was operational. Since we came to Fes for the marathon, we were looking forward to a quick recovery session after the race. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were told that swimming was not allowed due to the presence of a "dangerous" product in the water. This was quite frustrating, as the pool was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Another minor issue was the towel situation. Our room had only two towels, with no extra ones for hand drying, which was inconvenient. Overall, it's a great hotel in terms of location and cleanliness, but better communication about facilities and small improvements in amenities would enhance the experience.
