I’m pleased to hear that you enjoyed our beautiful public spaces, delicious food, and especially our breakfast buffet and rooftop bar. Knowing that our culinary offerings left such a strong impression means a lot to us. However, I’m truly sorry that your room did not meet your expectations. We strive to create a balance between elegance and comfort, and I regret that the room size and storage did not provide the convenience you were looking for. Your comments about the bedding and pillows are also noted, and we will review this to ensure a more restful experience for our guests.
