As a loyal member who always stays at Accor hotels, I chose to stay at Ibis Saigon South once again for this business trip, just like the last one. The staff were incredibly kind and dedicated, which was truly appreciated. However, I was a bit disappointed that during my 3-night stay, the bed linens were never changed. Also, having to request basic amenities like a toothbrush was slightly inconvenient. It would be great if these areas could be improved. Thank you!

Uyen is really supporting to me. The room is always clean and comfortable. I would like to stay again in the further. Their staffs are always really nice and kindness. The rate of hotel is so nice and location is near exhibition center. If you work there, this is the best place to stay.

Very nice sand helpful team! Particularly Gray and Joy. Satisfactory breakfast and room size. We stayed there for four nights on a business travel and we got all the services needed. In case I come.back to attend the exhibition I'll stay here again.

Good Service , hotel is the best. I had to go to hotel with my business trip. So surprised Ms. GRAY She remember me, her service very good. She always smile and say hello to me. That's very important when you visit at any hotel. Location good, room very clean.
