We first were given a room on the main floor. When you opened the curtains the smokers and people waiting for their buses were right outside…no privacy and the room was so dark if you didn’t open them you could hardly see across it. The remote would not work on the TV and the front desk could not help. I complained about the room and was moved upstairs but not without bringing the desk person in to look at the issue. Upstairs the remote did not work on the TV and the lovely cleaning staff figured out you needed a LG remote for an LG TV. We had that for 2 days and the 3rd day someone had come into our room and swapped out the remote with a Samsung one that didn’t work. Went down to the front desk to complain…who goes into a room and trades remotes…I may have gotten a little loud….The desk person called the supervisor and she listened to our story and brought 6 remotes to the room… all supposedly universal and not one worked. Where is the LG I asked ..no clue. She compt us breakfast and took $30.00 off our bill but I will not be staying there again or telling others to stay there.

I spent one night here in March 2025. The hotel has a good carpark and, if that is full, there is plenty of parking on the street outside (appears to be free). The hotel is just a few blocks from the main shopping/restaurant area. Everything was clean, tidy, and in good working order. The room has a TV, good wifi, iron and ironing board, fridge, and tea and coffee facilities. I would be very happy to return here.

Das Hotel macht zunächst im Eingangsbereich einen modernen und gepflegten Eindruck. Die Zimmer sind klein, das Bad ebenso. Problematisch ist die fehlende Sauberkeit: Haare im Bad, Flecken auf dem Handtuch und ein ekliger Speisesaal. Kaffee und Saft tropften munter daneben, Pfützen auf dem Boden, klebrige Tische. Servicepersonal, das lediglich Speisen auffüllte und nicht Willens war, einmal einen Lappen in die Hand zu nehmen.

Good value for money. Clean!

I booked 3 hotel rooms here for myself and family in Feb 2025. Our experience was pretty good and found it value for what we paid for. Rooms were clean and adequate for our needs. Our room key got us entry to the novotel pool next door however we didn't use. Hotel has a buffet breakfast however didn't book it as it felt a bit overpriced at $29 per adult.

Es war ein normales Doppelzimmer. Das Upgrade war Seeblick - naja über einen Hinterhof hat man den See gesehen 🤣 Alles sauber u ok. Man hat auch Milch für den Kaffee bekommen, den man auf dem Zimmer machen konnte. Das Gym vom Novo Hotel konnte genutzt werden. Frühstück nur 9h war enttäuschend. Und dann war es nicht mal wirklich gut. Die Lage war top. Parkplatz umsonst. WLAN war sehr gut.
