Excellent service and attention from the staff, khun Macky the lounge Manager and his team are all efficient, pleasant and welcoming. Very professional, he remembered our favorite drinks eventhough we haven’t been here for a while. Newly renovated lounge is very well designed and the selection of food is always at a great standard

We had an excellent stay at the hotel, starting from the reception, house keeping - they checked on us multiple times for any requirement, Ann was courtesy enough to make sure everything was speck and span. The entrance gate keepers where amazing , to mention Pete , Tui ,Boy ,Natty ,tony , tee , Tow , Tum , Kao , Palm and Kelvin. Its truly the staffs that make an extraordinary stay at the hotel. We highly recommend them for their hospitality and wonderful Hotel.

The room is great.. bed tv amenities. The club Millesime was impressive with great team of friendly staff K.macky, k.friend and k.nicha. the breakfast also yummy here they serve fresh fruit juice.. love all thai food here n love to come bck again soon... cheers

The room was very comfortable and we had a great sleep. View was amazing from the room and rooftop bar. We had such a great experience, thank you so much to the concierge team especially Trai, Khao, Tony and Tee! Will definitely come back next time!

Khun Macky, I had a wonderful experience using the Sofitel bangkok Sukhumvit lounge. The service was excellent – the staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. The food was delicious with a great variety of options, and the beverages were top-notch, both in quality and selection. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, I would definitely recommend this lounge to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable.
