It's great to hear that you were able to enjoy a quiet night's sleep, ensuring a restful experience. However, we note your concerns regarding the customer service from some of our restaurant staff. While we are glad that most of our team members met your expectations with their friendliness and willingness to assist, we apologize for any lapse in the high standards we aim to provide. We value your feedback and will follow up on this with our team to enhance our guest's dining experiences. Finally, we are pleased that you appreciated the convenient access to various transport options and our breakfast offerings. The location of Novotel Century Hong Kong indeed provides easy access to the MTR Exhibition Centre Station and Star Ferry Terminal, allowing our guests to explore the city with ease.
