We have had the worst experience during our stay at Sofitel Paris Baltimore Tour Eiffel. Housekeeping didn’t clean up the bathrooms despite requesting twice during the day when housekeeping was available. Finally, we had to clean up the trash cans in the bathrooms ourselves after reception refused, saying that now the timing for housekeeping was over and nobody was available. We’re in a junior suite, and yet service is terrible. This was supposed to be a special weekend for our anniversary, and it has turned out to be a nightmare with a dirty bathroom and trash cans.

A marvelous team. Kind, warm and willing to assist.

Life is not perfect and hotels are as life. This hotel has some little issues but the real importance of the place is the authentic and so kind way that the team faces the guest’s requests and comments. We found that all of the members of the hotel were always kind and warm and wishing to help and assist. Special thanks for Jamal the fantastic concierge and Vera Russo, guest relations manager. Their assistance and presence was fantastic. But they were not exceptions. All of the staff was extremely kind. Details to work on: Gym and other minor matters related to food. But just things to improve. I WILL happily return

Our first time in Paris and the Sofitel Baltimore was a superb choice. The location on Kleber between the Arc de Triumph and Eiffel Tower was great and the staff was beyond special, par excellence! I want to give a special shout out to Majid and Dino at the door; Vera, Carmela, Ismael, Jamal and Shawn at Guest Services, Front Desk and Concierge, and Saber and his crew for breakfast each day and Ahmed taking care of us in Lordy’s for dinner!! They literally treated us like royalty. We booked through American Express Platinum and not only did we receive more than reasonable pricing, but also an upgrade to a Jr. Suite, early check in (11 am), free breakfast for two each day, $200 in F&B credits, a bottle of Cotes de Rhône and a platter of macarons, and still received Accor points! Everyone made us feel so at home each day… bonjour when we left, bon soir when we returned, asking where we went, what did we do that day. While waiting for the cab to CDG, I said to Dino that I can’t wait to comeback and he replied… “our door is always open for you.” Merci beaucoup mes amis dans l’Sofitel, j’taime tout et Paris!

Amazing experience and excellent service. Breakfast service was good. Saber was very helpful and his service was very satisfactory. Great trip because of the great service by Sofitel team. Well enjoyed family trip .overall impressed with the place and team

Traveling two couples to Paris from the United States. The Sofitel one of American Express Platinums premium hotel recommendations. The Sofitel Baltimore Eiffel is in walking distance from the Eiffel Tower and beautiful parks. It is conveniently location near many restaurants. The team at the Sofitel was very accommodating from the moment we arrived. The rooms are lovely. The continental breakfast is the perfect way to start your day. Our favorite time at the Sofitel was after a long day in Paris was to come back and have a cocktail at the Sofitel Bar/Lounge. Damian, the bartender/mixologist was lovely! If it wasn’t on the menu, no problem, he would recommend something else that was absolutely delicious. We would absolutely stay at this location again when we go back to Paris.
