Amazing hotel.. Amazing staff... Accor allowed me upgrades etc but the staff allowed my family upgrade too... The private lounge was amazing for breakfast and evening drinks.. And MINT! she was amazing even more... Fab hotel for a stay close to paragon.... Ill be back! Pay the upgrade if you aren't Accor member and use the benefits and stay on level 16 or 17....super happy with my stay...

Very convenient location for shoppers. Though hotel is a little dated. This is always my first choice hotel when price is good! Service team also very nice and patient! Acceded to our last minute request to change room and gave us room at same flow when our friends decided to join us last minute. Shout out to font desk Yok! Thanks for the great service and patience in helping us adjust the rooms to our convenience!

My family and me had a great stay at Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square. The service is unbelievable. Every day you were met with a smile. The room was great and the food topclass. We were there under the earthquake and the response of every staff member was first class. When we were standing outside the hotel wating for things to go back to normal, the staff provide chairs and free water for all. We will come back.

Good hotel, accomodative, clean and also suitable for family with children. Came during peak dates but take time to assist us. Location is superb! Best so far. Thank you to their staff bewty, yok and dream for accommodating to our needs. Surely will come again.
