Good hotel, accomodative, clean and also suitable for family with children. Came during peak dates but take time to assist us. Location is superb! Best so far. Thank you to their staff bewty, yok and dream for accommodating to our needs. Surely will come again.

One of my favorite things about staying here was the weekend flea market that pops up right below the hotel. It’s a fantastic mix of local fashion, quirky souvenirs, and delicious snacks—perfect for a casual stroll after breakfast or an evening of bargain hunting. Plus, with major shopping malls like Siam Paragon, MBK, and Central world just around the corner, it’s a dream for shopaholics. And if you need to explore further, the BTS Skytrain is just steps away, making it super easy to get anywhere in the city. Beside good location I think nothing to much comment. The house keeping was not good, always for to top up drinking water and toothbrushes. The hotel looks tired need to renovate, can hear other guest closing door and feel my door vibrating too.

My family are regular guests at the Novotel Bangkok On Siam Square Hotel, staying there more than 5-6 times each year. This is our first time celebrating Chinese New Year in Bangkok. The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient, situated right next to the Siam BTS station, making it easy to access various parts of the city. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, my family enjoys our time here, and we have already booked our trip to stay at the same hotel again in the next three months. Thank you!
