Weight training is a challenging way to exercise, but training without them adds another stimulus to your daily workout. In each exercise your body is used to supply resistance. Your body is your dumbbell! For this reason, all exercises listed below can be performed in almost every hotel room.
The Workout
Aim to perform every exercise for 30 seconds with 20-second breaks between. If you enjoy a more relaxed pace, you can settle for 10-15 repeats with plenty of breathing space between exercises.
TIP: After a workout, do a cooling-down routine. It lowers your heartbeat and stimulates the discharge of secreted waste substance. This helps prevent sore muscles and injuries.
