I had great experiences at Laguna Lang Co, especially at breakfast - Water Court, staffs are friendly, line buffet includes a plenty food, excellent service quality. Highly recommend for you Vietnamese coffee ( coconut coffee, salty coffee and egg coffee) . It’s was perfect .Thank you breakfast team.Thank you Laguna Lang Co.

I have been to many places but I find Banyan Tree Lang Co is one of my favorite places. The room is designed in a quiet style, here I can immerse myself in nature and I had breakfast at the Water Court restaurant where I enjoyed delicious food and received enthusiastic help from the restaurant staff, especially Shi and her team, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you who made our stay special and brought joy to our days. Thank you for an unforgettable experience! I look forward to coming back soon.

My wife and myself had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 6 nights very recently. Everything about this hotel reflects its 5 star status. Our room was excellent, with its own private patio and plunge pool. Very peaceful and serene and a great way to completely chill out, with the only sound being the wildlife in the numerous trees and bushes surrounding the villa. The facilities are very good with a decent choice of restaurants and a great buffet breakfast. However, unquestionably what makes this place stand out is the very high level of service. Every single member of staff are a credit to the hotel. In particular, we were looked after extremely well by both Mi and Yen, who were very friendly and attentive to us throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble and we were treated like royalty. The Thai restaurant at the hotel (Saffron) was excellent. Great food, wine and views and a special call out to our waitress, Quynh, who provided us with exceptional service and made our evening very special. We were spending three weeks touring around Vietnam which at times was quite hectic, but our stay at the Banyan Tree was a great way to re-charge our batteries.

Wir entschieden uns, aus Deutschland kommend, von Mitte Februar für 3 Wochen in diesem Resort Urlaub zu machen. Die tollen Katalogbilder und der Hotel-Internet-Auftritt sind das eine, die uns aber veranlasst haben, dort bei Ihnen Urlaub zu machen und wir waren im Vorfeld natürlich sehr neugierig auf das, was uns erwartet, zumal es unser erster Vietnam Besuch war. Die Anreise ins ca. 9.000 km entfernte Urlaubsziel dauert länger als einen Tag, wir waren bei Ankunft ziemlich geschafft. Aber sofort, bereits bei der Ankunft im Hotel, spürt man die Herzlichkeit der Mitarbeiter Ihres Hotels, die die Strapazen der Anreise schnell vergessen lassen. Dieses positive sich „um die Gäste kümmern-Gefühl“ hatten wir tatsächlich vom ersten bis zum letzten (!!!) Urlaubstag. Wir empfanden die Betreuung aller Hotel Mitarbeiter als etwas besonderes, was wir so in anderen Hotel Anlagen bisher noch nicht erleben oder genießen konnten. Ob in den Restaurants vom Frühstück oder zum Abendessen, am Strand, in der großzügigen Anlage selbst oder bei Wellness Angeboten spürten wir das herausragende Arrangement aller Menschen, die dort arbeiten. Für Ihre ehrliche und herzliche Betreuung möchten wir uns nun, nachdem wir wieder nach Deutschland zurück gekehrt sind, bei Ihnen bedanken. Wir hatten bei Ihnen einen unvergesslichen schönen Urlaub. Unsere Urlaubserlebnisse und Sie bleiben uns in so schöner Erinnerung und daher haben wir beschlossen, Sie und Ihr tolles Land ein zweites Mal zu besuchen. Liebe Grüße aus Deutschland.
