Very nice hotel, but restaurant servers are not presenting the 4* hotel brand. You feel as if you are facing the service of kebab shop. Taking time, explaining the menu should be the part of their service.

Generally a good stay but : 1) Reception said I got an upgrade but I think I got exactly the room that I booked 2) booking says I am entitled to mini bar but all there are is 1 can of coke zero and 1 can of orange juice for my whole 6 night stay 3) the dinner in the restaurant is pretty bad and lack of options. The beef is so tough ... The scallop cappaccio is so tasteless. 4) the cup is in room is too small for tea. I like: 1) the water which we can refill ourselves 2) the location of the hotel being so close to the train station 3) reception is kind to let me check out 2 hours later
