Arrived 19:30 ,had been travelling most of the day ,no room ready ,had to wait 30 minutes for a room ! Not even offered a drink whilst waiting Next morning issues with toilet not flushing Reported to receptionist was told it would be repaired which it was, but then again not flushing .Having to fill bin in room with water from shower to flush poo away NOT ACCEPTABLE

Terrible, from start to finish, probably the worst ever experienced in the Accor group. Aging badly in desperate need of renovation/modernisation, dark and quite sinister with low ceilings, leaving an impression of unclean. Rooms have a distinct smell of humidity and are very poorly decorated. The “suites” are badly arranged with an uninviting canape overlooking the bathroom and fridge. Breakfast just OK. No recognition of All status. Welcome drink may comprise a coffee or a beer only.

I've stayed in this hotel a number of times ever since it started as the Crown Plaza. The staff are great, Restaurant is good for both breakfast and dinner. Nice gym. Well located and safe. However its showing its age and feels a bit run down in parts.
