We h.ad booked nine months in advance for a three bedroom room with a disability bathroom as i am in a wheelchair. We booked online and then I rang to make sure that the bathroom was suitable. The Manager sent me a photo of a disability bathroom which looked fine. When we arrived the bathroom in the room we were in was totally unsuitable. It was a separate tiny toilet and separate shower with an almost six inch step into each. Even if the step had not been there the wheelchair would not have fitted in. We went down to the manager who was totally unhelpful other to say that the room with the disability bathroom had another lady in it and he couldn't do anything else. After quite a bit of discussion!!! he said "Oh there is a toilet down on this floor that you can use. The toilet was down through several doors and was ok. However, no shower! This meant that every time that I wanted to use the bathroom I had to come down in the lift and wend my way through to this toilet, which on my first visit plunged me into darkness halfway through. It transpired that the toilet light was on a timer and anyone in a wheelchair clearly was not quick enough. The Manager put a torch in the toilet to rectify this. After a great deal of negotiation, the manager agreed to refund a portion of our payment! The rooms were okay but there were big holes in two windows which were filthy. The rest of the rooms including the kitchenette were clean. So....reminder if you are disabled it would be a good idea to not stay here or to get someone to check the room. We never did see the other room that the manager spoke about.

Don’t do it to yourself !! This place is about as comfortable as an ulcer on your foot,it resembles a run down student flat. Windows are cracked and black mould grows freely. Toilet didn’t flush properly and shower was dirty, like built up grime. Parking was a joke being charged twice and no refund.

The Ibis Styles is centrally located, comfortable, with staff who are friendly helpful. Our room this time was very hot, which made sleeping not very pleasant.

I stayed two horrible nights and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, even as a joke. It has all the charm of a pothole in a back alley. The windows had large cracks in them and looked like they may fall out if I turned the wonky TV on too loud. The facilities are more of a concept than something that actually exists as several areas I see on signs in the building aren't actually available. The shower was tiny, the fridge was loud, and I was too scared to use the kettle in case i caught something nasty. I could hear a fellow inmate, uh, I mean guest through the wall and he may need surgery for his snoring. Speaking of inmates, this "Hotel" could pivot to being a place for people out of prison to reintegrate to society as it is quite similar to a concrete cell. Avoid at all costs, sleep in the car, pitch a tent, maybe just keep walking around all night until some shops open again.

Avoid this place if possible! I am a Gold Accor member so I thought that we would stay at this place as the photos showed the self contained kitchen and decent bedrooms. Wrong! The glass in both bedrooms had at least one crack in the panes each. Because the windows are not glazed, the wind flows directly down onto your head making it a very uncomfortable sleep. The kitchen was adequate but the bathroom had a small step over to enter the bathroom making it a trip hazard at night. The exhaust fan looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned for years making it unhealthy. The wash hand basin was set so very low and as tall people it was difficult for us to use as it was also under the mirror cabinet. The parking area was down in the basement - that’s ok but there were no exhaust fans and when we went there this morning, it smelled of very strong carbon monoxide fumes.
