The hotel is quite nice and welcoming, rooms are comfortable. Unfortunately the check in experience was a bit surprising as the receptionist was not understanding what Gold status was. I asked he was able to give me the free upgrade but he did not understand. Fortunately my room had been prepared by someone else with the upgrade being done but we had to discussed for a while to understand each others. I didn’t however receive the welcoming drink coupon. Breakfast was a bit surprising too, I arrived at 6:45 and there was almost no light in the restaurant and no one was there. Finally someone came later and asked if I wanted light. However choice is good for breakfast and everything was ready on time. Finally the shower could use a good deep cleaning, the room was overall clean but you can see that it missed a good big cleaning.

Great hotel with lovely family rooms located next to the station. Great of you travel by train. We drove so be mindful of expensive parking options nearby- costed us 58Euros for 2 days. Some tourist info at the reception would help too. Rooms were clean, v.comfy beds and shower with Great pressure. Petty thing, but in family room for 4, we only got 2 tea cups, 2x bottles of water and no glasses. Otherwise all was perfect. Lovely stay

Design hotel… lacking management/service

Brand new hotel and rooms, nice modern design, well located, next to parking, family room available for a perfect stay with two kids. But the hotel is not well managed: - Not really welcomed, with a receptionist insisting that we had duplicated bookings in their system, insinuating that we booked twice while it was not the case and that we never received two confirmations (everything was fully prepaid during booking) - Only two sets of towels in a family room for 4 - but missing towels delivered very quickly on request - Big stain on the bed - Disappointing breakfast: joining at 9am, no more pancakes, no more croissant, no more chocolate croissant, a few pieces of bread (with no refill during our 30mn stay), no napkins, empty juices, coffee machine out of order… The hotel is really great, fully soundproof (absolutely no noise from the train station), but it would require attention to details (reception, housekeeping, breakfast).
