Beautiful room, great for our family. Kids loved the pool and spa. Very close at Docklands and everything we needed for our stay this weekend. Staff went over and above for everything that we needed, will definitely stay again.

check in was made so easy staff were friendliest I have dealt with for a long time, your best asset. The rooms are very clean and lovely and quiet. They have everything you need and if there is something that you do need I'm sure the staff would soon fix that.

Receptionist was lovely. I liked the water station in the lobby. The hotel is well located and our requests for late check in and two twin beds was arranged. I thought the sheets were a bit papery in feel and that the mattresses weren't that comfortable. Our door did not click shut automatically. Would have preferred some extra towels as there were 4 of us. We were located in the first floor right over the street so it was noisy. People moving around late at night and early in the morning rubbish removal noise, no view whatsoever so it was dark. It was ok.
