Exceptional Stay at Pullman Danang – Warm Service, Great Food, and Beautiful Location

We recently spent several nights at the Pullman Danang Beach Resort and had an absolutely wonderful experience. As Platinum members with Accor, we were given early check-in at 1pm (usual is 3pm) and a generous upgrade to a beautiful suite with a partial ocean view. The room was spacious, modern, and well-appointed, with a large balcony and two smaller balconies – and just a short stroll to the beach and pool. Check-in was warm and welcoming, with a complimentary mocktail and a helpful overview of all amenities and benefits. Our welcome drink vouchers included premium cocktails, which was a nice surprise. We dined at the main restaurant for lunch and dinner, enjoyed lunch at Azure Beach Lounge, and attended a fun beachfront BBQ dinner on another night. Every meal was delicious and the service was excellent. We were also able to use our Accor Plus 50% discount on all meals, which made it exceptional value. The breakfast buffet was a real highlight – an impressive variety of options, fresh food, and excellent coffee from the barista station. Staff were proactive and attentive. The facilities at the resort were top-notch: a well-equipped gym, plus gender-specific steam and sauna areas with plunge pools – all complimentary for guests and very clean and well maintained. We loved the location – there are many affordable restaurants and great massage places just outside the resort gates. While the hotel spa is very pricey, we found excellent options nearby. Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The service truly made the stay feel special. Our only suggestion would be for the resort to consider adding an executive lounge in the future. But even without one, we had a fantastic time. We are already planning our return – Pullman Danang offers a perfect mix of relaxation, service, and value. Highly recommended!
