But I am unsure if my ACCOR membership card details have been entered into the booking. On arrival, no one asked if I had one. This is something that the reception should do upon arrival.

Was lucky enough to spend a couple of nights here in a suite to celebrate a special birthday. The staff could not have done more to make it a wonderful stay. Bar meals are inventive and great value and the breakfast is fabulous. Position is perfect for theatre and events galleries etc. Recommend it to everyone

The staff rostered from 26-31 March were amazing and made my stay a wonderful experience. We were at the conference across the road and no request was too big or too small to assist us each day. Thank you for the tablecloth! The room was clean and a joy to stay in. Highly recommended.
