Tripping A TripAdvisor review

Very disappointing. Service at the reception desk was slow and woeful. Concierge could have assisted but chose not to. In-room dining room ordered... horrible. Cold. Tasteless. Missing ingredients. Was no way worth the $$ value put on the meal. Not good enough for accommodation that rates itself as 5 star. On a positive: the room was clean, neat and tidy.

Good room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Evening meal quite poor, very small serve (portion), luke warm.

Pretty certain I was bitten by bed bugs or some sort of bug in the bed. Was charged $14 for a makers mark and was only getting 1/2 shot. We questioned this but was not answered. Also got charged 3 different prices throughout the night. Room was clean and tidy though and most staff were lovely.

Check in was hectic, appears the lady was not sure about a few things. did not know about welcome drink for All members. Room service was not the best, appears that the room was not vacuumed. Bath robe not replaced after 1st night (i left dirty one on the floor). Bar closes at 10 PM, needs to be open longer.
