Cher s R, Nous vous remercions d'avoir partagé votre avis, et sommes bien attristés de voir que celui-ci est insatisfaisant. Les points que vous énoncez concernant le bruit, la non sympathie de notre équipe ou bien le froid ne sont pas des points sur lesquels nous avons des retours négatifs, justement il s'agit de nos points forts ! Notre hôtel n'est pas situé en centre ville ce qui permet d'avoir du calme, l'hôtel est bien isolé cela permet de bien se reposer la nuit. Aussi, notre équipe est toujours aux petits soins pour nos clients afin que votre expérience se passe le mieux possible. Notre parking est à 16 € pour 24h, ce qui est un tarif normal au regard des parkings publics, et les SUV rentrent, nous avons une hauteur max de 1.90m dans le premier parking et 2m dans le second. J'aurais aimé pouvoir en discuter avec vous directement afin que vous ne partiez pas sur cette impression négative. Si vous souhaitez échanger de vive voix, n'hésitez pas à me contacter.
