Overal experience is good. Location next to the team is great and sort practical. Apartment very clean and in good state. Service needs to improve significantly. You don't inform customers how to enter the hotel and access their room keys after the reception is closed. I sent an email saying we will arrive after 8 pm and the only answer I got from Niko was that the reception closes at 6 pm the weekend, no information on how to get in. I had to call the hotel to ask about the access codes, only then I got an email with the instructions. 2 days after I got an email telling me my payment was pending, but I was never informed that we were supposed to pay on arrival. We also say on the second day of our stay a family that wasn't able to get a hold of you on the phone and didn't get the access codes and was there in the cold for hours waiting to get an answer to be able to access their room. We couldn't help them because the access codes we got weren't valid anymore. On booking.com you still mention you have a 24/7 reception when it actually closes very early. You really need to become more proactive and email each customer informing them if you arrive after redition his this is how you get your key and you need to prepare the keys for all customers that don't do checkin during reception hours, your never know if their flights out trains would be delayed.

The room was spacious and we were welcomed with a nice christmas goodie + points for that. However, there were many basic things were missing. 1. One of the bed light was not working. Even after informing it was never fixed throughout our stay. 2. Bathroom was not very well equipped. The soap dispenser was not good. Again never fixed in our 4 days of stay. The sink had stains and looked dirty. 3. No towel change no house cleaning service was given and which I found very odd amongst all is we have to do our Own thrashes. I never saw in any apart hotels until this. 4. For breakfast as well not very nice options and we spent long time preparing our own egg recipes . I mean if I have to cook my own food at the breakfast area why would I opt for a breakfast 5. Room was not cleaned and after 2 days when we insisted it was only cleaned under the bed which had most of the dirt. No provision for make up or basic face tissue supply 6 the coffee machine in the room was there but it was not the kind where you put the pod and make coffee. It was where you put the coffee beans and brew your own coffee. Hence overall. Not sure we could survive those 4 days but not very comfortably. Hence 5. Not too great not very Very bad.
