Impossible to make a booking direct with this hotel

What an absolute nightmare trying to make a booking for the beginning of May! 2 emails to the hotel have received no response. I have had to resort to All Accor's customer service who take ages to respond. The issue is apparently them charging my credit card - they say they've sent a secure link I have to fill in but none has been received. It's now almost a month since I made the booking and it is still not confirmed :-( How can things be this difficult??
